- All of Mortimer's dialogue in this chapter with the exception of the “I’m done with this location” pop-ups has Mortimer wearing a diving outfit.
- This chapter and Town of Derm are they only two chapters in the game and series to have Mortimer wear a different outfit. Oddly, he doesn’t wear a diving outfit in Beijing when you dive to diffuse the mines.
- Instead of Mortimer saying, “I’m done here!” when he finishes an area, He says, “I’m done with this location.” This is the only chapter where he says that.
- The creature from the previous chapter, Cloud City can be seen in the far left corner of Green Canyon.
- The octopus seen in the North Passage looks nearly identical to the octopus seen in the Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox chapter, Age of Gods in the Underwater area.
